Meet Andrea
The visionary founder and director of ConqHer, Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to empowering and uplifting minority women and girls through mentorship, mental wellness advocacy, and business support. With over a decade of leadership, Andrea has fostered programs that cultivate personal and professional growth, ensuring access to resources and opportunities for underserved communities. Her passion for service is reflected in ConqHer's signature events and initiatives, which focus on building strong sisterhoods and fostering lasting impact.
Meet Nikki
Nikki Jordan is an educator, speaker, and confidence coach dedicated to empowering individuals, especially educators and mentors, to foster meaningful connections and build confidence in themselves and others. Her personal journey of overcoming self-confidence struggles led her to found Confidence At Any Size, LLC, with a mission to create safe spaces for individuals to boost their self-esteem and develop positive relationships.
With 8 years of classroom experience, Nikki identified a gap in the education system: the lack of tools for educators to build effective relationships with students. As a TEA-certified trainer, she now focuses on professional development, emphasizing that relationships are built "60 seconds at a time" and that connection is key to learning. Her work blends confidence-building, relationship cultivation, and educational excellence, aiming to create a ripple effect of positive relationships from educators to students and beyond.
